Some physical Serendi Bear products are printed or prepared after an order is placed. Processing or production time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout whenever available.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, selected delivery method, product type, package size, and fulfillment location. The total shipping cost will be shown before payment is completed.

If tracking is available for your delivery method, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the shipment is created.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing something, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and explain the appropriate next steps.

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. After payment is completed, download access or delivery instructions will be sent to the email address used during checkout. If you cannot access your files, check your spam or promotions folders and then contact us for assistance.
