Physical Serendi Bear books purchased from an independent retailer or marketplace are also subject to that seller’s payment, shipping, return, and customer-service terms.

Digital products are delivered electronically using the method described on the product page or in the order confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device and software can open the stated file format.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or household use, unless the product page expressly provides a different license. Educator or classroom use is permitted only when expressly stated in the product description or applicable license.

You may print copies for the authorized use described with the product. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, sublicense, reproduce commercially, or make the files available to others.

Download links may be subject to reasonable time, access, or security limits. Contact us if a valid download cannot be accessed.

  1. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligibility for a return, replacement, refund, or cancellation depends on the product type, order status, reason for the request, applicable law, and the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, returns or cancellations may be limited after downloading or accessing a file, except when the product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Personalized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand products may have different return conditions unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Nothing in our policies excludes mandatory consumer rights.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly and include the order number and reasonable supporting information, such as photographs when applicable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution.

We may contact you using the information supplied with the order when verification is reasonably required.
